We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was nestled in a mature district of the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were friendly, helpful, and could even speak English. We were impressed by the room amenities, which included air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a television with a flat-screen. We were comfortable throughout our stay, especially with the cozy carpeted floor and the am/fm alarm clock in the room. The dining options were great too, with a delicious breakfast buffet and a cafe on-site. The facilities were top-notch, with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a lift, and air conditioning. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in this city.

Liked almost everything, including location and breakfast, they were modern! Only 15 minutes walk to Vientiane Theme Park and very close to many other tourist attractions.

You could walk to the shops and supermarkets. The hotel is based adjacent to a ferry port.

The hygiene standards in the restaurant could have been better, and the bathroom needed improvements as the water from the bathtub nearly flooded the toilet.

It is so close to the airport. The hotel's position was very good. Free parking was provided to the guests. Sushi Huang, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option

The interior design here is excellent and the overall stay was great, especially because the bed was the best I've ever slept in.

Great value overall, rooms are modern and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast is not bad and the housekeeping provides fresh towels daily. The hotel's location is accessible to many restaurants and shops.

The hotel staff doesn't speak much English, so communication was a challenge. The room smelled musty and the stains on the carpet were off-putting.
